Step 1
Complete the Investor Registration form here. This adds you to our distribution list so that you are notified anytime we have a new offering coming to market.
Step 2
We email prospective investors once a new offering is available. This email contains pertinent information on the investment including the investment summary and how to invest. Download the investment summary to review if the opportunity is a fit for your investment objectives.
Step 3
For additional information, you can watch our online webinar on the offering or request a one-on-one discussion with one of our investment executives.
Step 4
To reserve your spot in an offering, you need to complete the non-binding Indication of Interest form associated with the offering. This form will also be included in the email and is also available on our website.
Step 5
Once the offering has reached the required dollar amount needed, the offering is closed to additional investors. The Subscription and Operating Agreements are sent to investors for review and signature.
Step 6
Once these documents are executed, investors fund the investment via a wire transfer.
Step 7
After all funds are received, Sentinel closes on the property and begins monthly distributions via ACH at the beginning of the following month.
